Payment may be made by:

• Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Cartasì are accepted

• Paypal

• Bank transfer: the bank data needed to proceed with the payment will be communicated in the comfirmation e-mail you’ll receive when the order is completed. If the bank transfer is not made within 5 days from the order’s date, the order will be considered cancelled.

• Cash on delivery (only accepted for orders shipped in Italy): the payment will be made directly to the courier upon delivery, exclusively in cash.
This payment method has an extra cost of 5€.

Our sales contract becomes effective only after the expiry of 14 days from the receipt of goods. The prices already include VAT currently in force. Any regulatory changes relating to changes in VAT or other taxes on the sale will give rise to an adjustment in the packing list. Invoices are not issued unless jointly requested with the order accompanied by the Tax Code and VAT (Art. 22 of Presidential Decree 633/72 VAT).

Is it possible to receive an invoice for the order?

Yes, it is possible. If you want us to issue an invoice you need to specify it in the “notes” field together with all the billing data and VAT code.

I placed an order and paid by PayPal, but it has been cancelled and I received a refund, Why did this happen?

In case the payment results “not suitable for sales protection”, our company policy provides for the cancellation of the order and refund of the amount paid. In this case we suggest that you contact PayPal assistance, because usually this message derives from some missing data in the PayPal procedure. After verfying the problem, you can place a new order.

Can I place a tax-free order?

No, you cannot buy tax-free on the website.
