RETURN OF THE GOODS

Italian and EU customers

The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. In case of total return without replacement, FINEST SHOES s.r.l. will proceed to refund the amount paid by the User, except for the shipping costs, in the shortest possible time, and in any case within 14 days from the date when they became aware of the excercise of the right of withdrawal. We’ll only accept products not yet used and in perfect conditions, stored in the original box. Extra EU customers

Return from Extra EU countries is not allowed, except for defective or incorrect products. In this case it is possible to ask for authorization by sending a request, to the following e-mail address: shop@atlanticstars.it. Please provide photos that show clearly the problem Return costs are always charged to the client, unless the return is due to a shipment error on the part of Finest Shoes srl.


CHANGE OF GOODS

Products that have been purchased online can be changed within 14 days from the delivery of the goods. Customers who want to change the goods must ask for a return authorization via e-mail at the following e-mail address: shop@atlanticstars.it The return costs are charged to the client.


FAQ

In case I want to change the goods, do I need to place a new order?

In case you need a size change of the same item, there is no need to place a new order. The request for the change needs to be sent via e-mail. Our Customer Service will confirm the availability of the new size demanded and will authorize the return. in case you would like to change the shoes received with a different model, it will be necessary, after the return, to place a new order. The returned order will be, in this case, refunded when it arrives at our warehouse.

Can I ask for a partial refund?

If you ordered more than one item, but you only wish to return part of your order, it is sufficient to ask for an authorization for a partial return. In this case, the refund will cover only the shoes returned.
